The **March 2025** PolyAI Agent Studio release includes enhancements to dashboards, voice management, Knowledge performance, and real-time collaboration features.

#### Standard dashboard enhancements

A redesigned [standard dashboard](/agent-studio/custom-dashboards/standard) now includes additional metrics and improved performance.

* Containment rate, total calls, SMS stats, and function call metrics now available at a glance.
* Hourly refresh cycle brings data closer to real time.

#### Safety dashboard enhancements

The new [safety dashboard](/agent-studio/custom-dashboards/safety) mirrors the updated overview dashboard experience.

#### Open matched topics in a new tab

You can now click matched [Knowledge](/agent-studio/knowledge/fa-qs/fa-qs) topics in [conversation review](/agent-studio/conversations/review) to open them in a new browser tab.

This allows you to explore topic content without disrupting the review flow, making it easier to cross-reference and validate responses.

#### Version info added to conversation review

Reviewed conversations now include the **agent version** that was active at the time.

* Ensures reviewers can account for environment-specific behavior.

#### Add new voices in Agent Studio

You can now upload new voices directly in Agent Studio without needing backend intervention.

#### Filter voices by language, accent, and gender

The voice selection interface has been redesigned with filter controls to streamline voice browsing.

* Language
* Accent

#### Send SMS during a function call

SMS messages are now triggered **inline** during [function](/agent-studio/tools/overview) execution, rather than being queued afterward.

**Why it matters:**

* Enables immediate error handling for failed sends.
* Prevents agents from falsely confirming delivery before it's complete.
* Supports tighter runtime logic and better user feedback.

#### Improved KB search for actions

The Knowledge search bar now fully indexes action keywords like [SMS](/messaging-channel/sms), [handoff](/agent-studio/voice/handoffs), [function](/agent-studio/tools/overview), and [variant](/agent-studio/knowledge/variants/overview).

**What's new:**

* These terms are now searchable across the Knowledge area.
